SignQuote

SignQuote turns a sign job into a priced, branded PDF quote in under two minutes. A salesperson fills in a short form — what the sign is, how big, how it mounts — and gets a price instantly. The shop owner sets the prices once, on a settings screen. No spreadsheets, no estimator training.

New here? Pick your path. If you sell or quote signs, go to the User Guide. If you build or maintain the app, go to the Developer Docs.

What it does

  • Two sign families. Channel letters (the lit, dimensional storefront letters — front-lit or halo) and dimensional letters (non-lit cut/cast letters — PVC, acrylic, aluminum, bronze).
  • A price as you type. Pick a type, adjust a handful of pre-filled fields, and the price updates on every change.
  • A branded PDF. Download an itemized or total-only quote on your shop’s letterhead.
  • Numbers you can trust. Prices come from real, researched rates, and the built-in examples reproduce known worked quotes exactly.

Two roles

SignQuote has no logins — the navigation implies who you are:

RoleWhere they workWhat they do
Salesperson / counter staffthe Quotes screensconfigure a sign, read the price, download the PDF
Shop ownerthe Settings screenset the per-inch rates, material costs, fees, and the price grid

A firm rule keeps the two apart: the salesperson never sees your costs or margins — only prices. Your cost breakdown lives only on the Settings screen. (Developers: see the role boundary.)
